Our Meditation Night this coming Friday will be looking at JUDGMENT.

We can waste so much of our energy making negative judgments about others, circumstances or ourselves and even about our meditation practice!

How much happier could we be if we used that same energy focusing on the positive aspects of others our circumstances or ourselves.

We hope you can join us for this evening of exploring this subject of judgment and what we can do about it.

With the value of a group meditation we will look at WHY we do it, the consequences and how to make a change.
