Group meditation - Transforming fear

I hope you are able to make it this coming Friday where our theme for the evening is transforming your fears.

The articles below show, through meditation and self reflection, how we can find the courage to deal with our fears.

Last month, which was well attended and had such a good energy (it was particularly rewarding to see some long ago past participants return).

It was good to hear Phil Schibeci's insight into meditation and achieving your goals and we all learned something about letting the thoughts go and find acceptance.

This must be one of the most elusive aspects of a meditation practice and we will be addressing this again in the guided meditation.
