We've all heard the saying Laughter is the Best
Medicine, but have we asked ourselves why?
Merv Neal is the CEO of Laughter Yoga
Australia and New Zealand. Laughter Yoga* is an organization with
more than 6000 Laughter Clubs in more than 60 countries throughout
the world.
In this interactive session Merv will explain how he
got involved with Laughter Yoga, how it works, the impact laughter
has on our emotional and physical state, and then run a laughter
session.
This is an experience not to be missed.

* Laughter yoga was developed by by
Dr Madan Kataria, a physician from India, with just five people on
13 March 1995 and now it is sweeping the world with more than 6000
laughter clubs in 60 countries. Laughter Clubs are non-political,
non-religious and non-profit social organizations- everybody is
welcome, and it’s

from this innovative technique.

Kati's Yoga and Meditation classes for
children

Yoga and meditation are becoming
mainstream resources for the development of children and
experienced teacher, Kati Patterson believes that
through these exercises and practices a young child can
learn skills to be more positive, confident and happy.
Parents (or grandparents) with primary
school age children can take advantage of a FREE
introductory session for the ongoing classes
for children (minimum age 5 years).
Ongoing classes Thursday afternoons,
South Yarra from 4pm to 4:45pm.
