Group meditation and Increasing FOCUS

This week at the Camberwell Community Centre is our first meditation evening for the new year.

This evening we will be examining how improving focus can break the dominance of thoughts.

We will be working with exercises to increase ability to focus, which has the benefit of dealing with procrastination and the distracting nature of mind.

 DAYTIME RELAXATION AND MEDITATION CLASSES

Limited places are available in Kati's day time Relaxation and Meditation class.

Starts: Each Thursday 2.00pm- 3pm.
