Friday night group meditation — How is your practice?

Practicing forgiveness, as you will see in this month’s newsletter, is a powerful instrument of healing.

If you've been hurt by another person—or by your own inner judge and jury—you've probably realised that it's impossible to forgive through sheer will or intention.

True healing, teaches Jack Kornfield, comes naturally with the opening of insight, understanding, and release.

In our guided session, you'll be encouraged to germinate forgiveness and move out of pain, fear, and confusion, even if you've been struggling with your situation for years.

• Forgiveness of self for hurting others
• Forgiveness for hurting or harming self
• Forgiveness to those who have hurt or harmed me

Friday May 27 at Camberwell Community Centre is our NEXT Group Meditation.
