Friday night group meditation — self acceptance & meditation

Friday 25 March at Camberwell Community Centre is our NEXT Group Meditation.

This is an opportunity to become more familiar with the nature of mind and SELF and all the benefits that come from meditation.

Self acceptance and meditation is the theme for this meditation evening. Popular Buddhist meditation teacher, Jack Kornfield, says that much of spiritual life is self acceptance.
