Friday night group meditation — Can you change your brain in just 8 weeks?

Our next Friday Night Group meditation is 24th June at 7:30pm.

Recent studies have found structural differences between the brains of experienced meditation practitioners and individuals with no history of meditation, observing thickening of the cerebral cortex in areas associated with attention and emotional integration, in just 8 weeks!
