Join us for GROUP MEDITATION NIGHTS 2010

No previous experience required! Realise the power of meditating with a group of like-minded others.

Time: Commencing 7:30pm until 9:30pm
Cost: $10.00. Includes supper

You are welcome to enjoy the group energy of chanting and meditation program for 2010 which are held on the last Friday of the month - supper included.

Daytime relaxation and meditation classes

Limited places are available in Kati's day time Relaxation and Meditation class.

Starts: Each Thurs 2.00pm- 3pm.

Venue: Baptist Community Church Hall 12-14 Surrey Rd South Yarra (Google map).

Tuition: $50 for remaining 5 weeks or $12 per session.
