February 2010 - Earlier this year we ran a very successful 6 week course More than Meditation. The course provided assistance to those who wish to make meditation practice a part of their lives and would like to develop a competency in learning to focus the mind.

Kati's daytime Relaxation and Meditation Class each Thursday, 2:00pm to 3:00pm

Venue: Baptist Community Church Hall, 12-14 Surrey Rd South Yarra (Google map).

Starts: Each Thursday 2.00pm- 3:00pm.

Tuition: $10 per session.

Be kind to animals
